Student code of conduct
At LIBXL, we are committed to fostering an environment of respect, excellence, and continuous learning. To maintain this environment, we expect all students to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:
1. Respect and Courtesy

Treat all fellow students, teachers, and staff with respect and courtesy.

Avoid any form of bullying, harassment, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or any other attribute.
2. Punctuality and Attendance

Attend classes regularly and on time.

Inform the administration in advance in case of planned absences or emergencies. A minimum of 4 hours' advance notice is required.

Ensure active participation during lessons.
3. Academic Integrity

Complete all assignments, projects, and tests honestly and independently unless instructed otherwise.

Avoid plagiarism, cheating, or other forms of academic dishonesty.
4. Proper Use of Resources

Use classroom materials, books, and other resources responsibly.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in classrooms and shared spaces.

Handle electronic devices, such as computers and projectors, with care and only for academic purposes.
5. Dress Code

Adhere to a modest and neat dress code appropriate for a learning environment.
6. Classroom Etiquette

Follow the instructions of the teachers during lessons.

Refrain from disrupting the class with unnecessary chatter or distractions.

Switch off or silence mobile phones and other electronic devices during class.
7. Prohibited Conduct

Possession or use of prohibited items such as tobacco, alcohol, or drugs on the premises.

Engaging in acts of violence, vandalism, or theft.

Sharing inappropriate content in any form within the LIBXL community.
8. Feedback and Grievances

Share feedback constructively with the administration or faculty.

Report grievances through the proper channels for resolution.
9. Consequences of Misconduct

Students found violating this Code of Conduct may face disciplinary action, which can include:

Warnings

Suspension

Expulsion

Other measures depending on the severity of the misconduct

10. Tuition Fees
-
Tuition fees are to be paid in advance by the 2nd of every month.
-
Classes may not be allowed if the monthly fees are not paid by the 2nd of the month. Students who fail to pay on time may lose access to scheduled classes until the payment is completed.
